No, these ladies are not stone. At least I don't think they were...They're actually dancing to music coming from a nearby disco music stand. I thought the guy in the middle was odd, in that, all he did the whole time was just stand there and stare at the girls dancing around him. Hempfest, Summer of 2007, Seattle, WA.
