Private Businesses have Opted Out of Open Carry Law

This cartoon was submitted to the Whitefish Pilot newspaper for this week's cartoon. It is in reference to the right to carry arms in private businesses. Last month, it became legal in the state of Texas to carry licensed handguns on one's property into private businesses.
