Since the last time I was at the cabin some 2 years ago, Lakeside had added a micro brewery called Tamarack Brewery. It was so close to the cabin that we spent a lot of time there. For obvious reasons, it was our favorite spot in Lakeside. Oh! and the food there wasn't too bad either.

I'll Be Your Billiken
Johanna had these strange Billiken figures all over the place. We were stunned by this because we didn't know what a Billiken was. I took this photo because at the time, I thought it resemble the mask of Micheal Meyers from the horror film, Halloween. We found out later from Johanna what the story was behind the Billiken. Needless to say, you'll know when you're on one of these trails from the smell of horse poop. Glacier National Park, MT 2009.
